M3D: Map to 3D Rule __ Attribute Table

Summarize

•  The DBF file of shapefile is stored in the Attribute Table.

1. Click the Space Data button in the toolbar. Pop up the Map to 3D Rule dialog. Firstly, Import a ESRI Shapefile.

2. Click the Attribute Table... button. Pop up the Attribute Table dialog.

3. Add Column

Click Add Column  button to add a new column to the last data. The default variable type of the new column name is double, the default decimals is 2.

4. Rename Variable

Right click on the header of the selected column. Then click the Rename Variable... button to pop up the Rename dialog.

5. Edit Variable Property

Right click on the header of the selected column. Then click the Edit Variable Property... button to pop up the Variable Type dialog. The variable types are double, string, and date.
